About Complyra
Complyra is an AI procurement platform for compliance-first supplier sourcing. It exists because compliance problems are cheapest to fix before the supplier is chosen, and most sourcing tools check compliance last, if at all.
What the product does
A buyer describes a requirement. Complyra parses it, searches products and suppliers, checks candidates against the regulations that apply to the product and destination, matches and ranks suppliers, generates an RFQ, collects structured quotations and turns the accepted one into a purchase order for the ERP. Suppliers register, submit certifications, are reviewed by an administrator, and respond to RFQs through their own portal.
The compliance dataset covers 47 regulations and standards, each with its authority, jurisdiction, product triggers, required documents, restricted substances where the regulation sets them, and a link to the official source. It is maintained in code and reviewed in version control; the regulation index shows the whole dataset.
What it does not do
- It does not certify compliance or provide legal advice. It checks information against recorded requirements and tells buyers what evidence to obtain.
- It does not place orders autonomously. Supplier approval, quotation selection and order confirmation are made by people.
- It does not publish supplier profiles, RFQs or quotations. Those are private to the platform.
How public content is produced
Guides, glossary entries, use cases and comparisons are written and reviewed by the Complyra team and published through code review. Short regulation explainers are drafted with AI assistance from the regulation dataset and approved by a person before they appear; output from a fallback or mock model can never be published. Regulation, industry and integration pages are generated from the same datasets the product uses. The rules are set out in the editorial policy and the compliance-check methodology.
