Supplier registers
A supplier creates an account and a company profile: legal name, country, business type, registration number, categories served and regions covered.
Submits details and certifications
The supplier uploads certifications and compliance documents (for example ISO or product test reports) with certificate numbers, issuing organisations and expiry dates.
Administrator reviews
A Complyra administrator reviews the profile and documents in the admin panel. Applications can be approved or rejected with a reason.
Approved supplier becomes eligible
Only approved suppliers appear as matches and can receive RFQs. Document status and expiry are tracked afterwards so expired evidence is visible.
Why sourcing and compliance belong together
Most sourcing tools find suppliers first and leave compliance to a later stage, when the goods are already ordered or already at the border. Complyra runs the regulation check as part of the search, so a supplier who cannot provide the required test report or declaration is visible before the RFQ goes out.
Every regulation in the dataset has its own page listing the documents suppliers must provide. Those requirements flow into the RFQ text automatically.

From suppliers who register on the platform and are approved by an administrator after submitting company details and certifications. Complyra does not scrape or import unverified supplier directories into the match pool.
How does supplier matching work?
A buyer's requirement is parsed into category, region, certifications and product attributes. Approved suppliers and their listed products are matched on those fields, checked for compliance, and ranked.
Does Complyra verify certificates?
Uploaded certificates are reviewed by an administrator and their expiry is tracked. Complyra's document intelligence helps read certificate fields, but review and approval are human decisions.
