For suppliers
Get verified and receive RFQs from buyers who check compliance first
Buyers on Complyra search for suppliers who can evidence compliance for their market. Registering, passing review and keeping your documents current puts you in front of those buyers with the evidence already on file.
How it works
Register
Create a supplier account with your company details, categories served and regions covered.
Submit certifications
Upload certificates and compliance documents with certificate number, issuing organisation and expiry date.
Administrator review
A Complyra administrator reviews the application and approves or rejects it with a reason.
List products
Approved suppliers list the products buyers can match against.
Receive RFQs and quote
RFQs arrive in your portal with the requirement and the documents to attach. Respond with a structured quotation and message the buyer if anything is unclear.
What you get
A verified status buyers trust
Approval follows a human review of your profile and documents, not a self-declared badge.
RFQs with clear requirements
Each RFQ names the specification, quantity, delivery terms and the compliance documents to attach.
Structured quoting
Quote with quantity, unit price, total, currency, delivery date, shipping cost and validity; no format guessing.
Messaging with buyers
Ask and answer questions on the RFQ itself, with attachments.
Notifications
In-portal notifications when an RFQ arrives and reminders before deadlines.
Document tracking
Certificate expiry is tracked so you can renew before buyers see a lapse.
Prepare your evidence
Buyers request documents specific to each regulation. The regulation pages list them; the free compliance checker shows which regulations a product triggers for a market.
Frequently asked questions
Is my profile public?
No. Supplier profiles, documents, RFQs and quotations are private to the platform and visible to buyers only through the matching and RFQ workflow. Complyra does not publish supplier directories.
What documents should I prepare?
The certificates and compliance evidence for the products and markets you serve: declarations of conformity, test reports, management-system certificates. The regulation pages on this site list what each regulation expects.
How do I get more RFQs?
Complete your profile, keep certificates current (expiry is tracked), list the products you actually supply, and respond to RFQs with the requested documents attached. Responsiveness and document completeness feed the trust score buyers see.
Does it cost anything to register?
See the pricing page for current terms.
