Procurement intelligence
Procurement intelligence: the evidence behind each sourcing decision
Every supplier match in Complyra carries the information a buyer needs to decide: the compliance result, the ranking factors, the supplier's trust signals and, after the RFQ, the quotations side by side. Nothing is predicted; everything shown is recorded in the platform.
Supplier ranking factors
Each match is scored on the factors below and ranked so the shortlist reflects the whole requirement, not unit price alone.
Price
Unit price against the buyer's target price, with savings shown relative to the requirement.
Compliance
The product's result against the regulations that apply: pass, partial or fail, with the evidence required.
How the check worksDelivery
Lead time and delivery location against the requirement's deadline and destination.
Trust
A supplier trust score computed from the supplier's history on the platform, shown as an aggregate score with a confidence level and factor summaries, never as another buyer's transaction details.
Eco criteria
Eco certifications and preferences where the requirement asks for them.
Information on every match
Procurement search
Structured intent from the buyer's request drives the search, so results are scored against quantity, market, certifications and timing.
AI procurementSupplier information
Company profile, categories, regions, certifications on file and their review status and expiry.
Compliance information
Which regulations apply to the product, the result of the check, and the documents to request.
RegulationsQuotation comparison
Quotations against an RFQ compared side by side, including multi-supplier RFQs tracked per supplier.
RFQ automation
Decision support, not decision making
Complyra ranks and organises; buyers decide. The ranking is explainable because each factor is shown with the match, the trust score comes with a confidence level and factor summaries, and quotation comparison shows the underlying numbers rather than a single verdict.
Administrators see platform-wide reporting on users, suppliers, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders and compliance document status, computed from the same records.
For how the automated steps fit around these decisions, see procurement automation.
Frequently asked questions
What is procurement intelligence in Complyra?
The information and ranking that support a buying decision: what the product is, whether it complies, which suppliers match, how they rank on several factors, what the supplier's track record on the platform looks like, and how their quotations compare. It is decision support built on data the platform holds.
Does Complyra predict prices or supplier performance?
No. Complyra ranks and compares using recorded data. It does not forecast prices, predict delivery failures or generate market intelligence it cannot substantiate.
How is the supplier trust score calculated?
From the supplier's activity on Complyra, such as RFQ responsiveness and document status, aggregated into a score with a confidence level. The score summarises factors; it never exposes another buyer's individual RFQs or prices.
How are quotations compared?
Quotations submitted against an RFQ are shown side by side with quantity, unit price, total, currency, delivery date, shipping cost and validity, including for multi-supplier RFQs.
Is there reporting for administrators?
Yes. The admin panel reports on users, suppliers by status, RFQs by status, quotations, purchase orders and compliance document status, all computed from the platform's own records.
