Policy
Editorial policy
Procurement and compliance content influences purchasing decisions with legal consequences. These are the rules every public page on this site follows.
Sources and claims
- Product claims describe capabilities that are shipped. Features under development are not described as available.
- Regulation facts are shown from Complyra's regulation dataset with a link to the official source. Where a figure could change, the page links to the dataset rather than restating it in prose.
- No customer names, logos, testimonials, usage counts, percentages or statistics are published unless backed by real data and, for customers, written permission.
- Compliance content carries the statement that Complyra checks requirements and does not certify compliance or give legal advice.
- Comparisons against named vendors are published only when every row cites public documentation with a date. None currently meet that bar.
AI-assisted drafting
Short regulation explainers are drafted with AI assistance, grounded in the regulation dataset. They are held as drafts until a person reviews and approves them. Output from a fallback or mock model, empty output, placeholder text or malformed output is rejected automatically and can never be approved or published. Guides, glossary entries, use cases and comparisons are written by the team and reviewed in code before publication.
Lifecycle and corrections
Content moves through draft, review, published, monitored, updated and archived states. Published pages show their publication date and, where applicable, the last update. Regulation pages are regenerated from the dataset whenever it changes. Errors reported to the team are corrected and the update date changed; archived pages are removed from the sitemap and return a not-found response.
Privacy of platform data
Supplier profiles, uploaded documents, RFQs, quotations and purchase orders are never used as public content. Site analytics on public pages are first-party, cookieless and aggregate.
