Free product compliance checker
Describe a product and where you will sell it. The checker identifies which regulations in Complyra's dataset of 47 may apply, what each restricts, and the documents to ask a supplier for. Same engine as the platform, no account needed.
Check a product
Complyra checks product and supplier information against regulatory requirements to support procurement decisions. It does not issue certifications or guarantee legal compliance; final responsibility for compliance remains with the buyer and supplier.
How it works
1. Identify
Category, description and materials are matched against each regulation's trigger categories and keywords.
2. Check
Matching regulations are checked against recorded materials, substance limits and auto-fail conditions in the dataset.
3. List the evidence
Each applicable regulation lists the declarations, test reports and certificates a supplier should provide.
4. Use it in sourcing
Put the document list in your RFQ, or let Complyra generate the RFQ and run the check on every supplier match.

Frequently asked questions
How does the checker decide which regulations apply?
It runs the same compliance engine Complyra uses in its procurement workflow. Your product's category, description and materials are matched against each regulation's trigger categories and keywords; matches are then checked against recorded materials, substance limits and required documents.
Is the result a compliance certificate?
No. The result is informational: it tells you which requirements are likely to apply and what evidence to obtain. Certification comes from the relevant bodies and laboratories, and legal responsibility stays with the buyer and supplier.
Which regulations are covered?
The 47 regulations and standards listed on the Regulations page, across the EU, UK, US, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand, plus global management standards.
What happens to what I type?
The description is sent to the checker to run the analysis and is not stored with any identity. A count of tool uses is recorded for site analytics without personal data.
What should I do with the result?
Use the document list in your RFQ so suppliers quote with the evidence attached. Inside Complyra, the same check runs on every supplier match and the RFQ is generated with the documents named.
Run the check on every supplier match
Inside Complyra the compliance result sits on each supplier match and the required documents go into the RFQ.
