Supplier onboarding
Supplier onboarding is the set of steps a new supplier completes to become an approved, usable supplier: registration, profile, documents, review and setup in the buyer's systems.
Where it appears in procurement
Slow onboarding is a common reason buyers keep using unqualified suppliers. A structured portal with a defined document list shortens it.
Example
A supplier creates an account, enters company details, categories and regions, uploads certificates and waits for review.
In Complyra
Complyra provides the supplier portal for registration, profile and document upload, and the admin review that completes onboarding.
