Supplier trust score

A supplier trust score is an aggregate indicator of how reliable a supplier has been on a platform, computed from recorded activity rather than self-declaration.

Where it appears in procurement

A trust score should say what it is built from and how confident it is; a bare number invites over-reliance.

Example

A supplier with a complete profile, current documents and prompt RFQ responses scores higher than one with missing documents and unanswered requests.

In Complyra

Complyra computes a trust score from supplier profile completeness, uploaded documents and RFQ and quotation activity on the platform, shown with a confidence level and factor summaries. It never exposes another buyer's transaction details.
