Test report
A test report records the results of laboratory testing of a product sample against specified methods and limits.
Where it appears in procurement
Test reports support declarations and certificates. They are specific to a sample, a date and a method, so a report for a different product version is not evidence for the current one.
Example
An XRF screening report for restricted metals in a cable, or an EN 1186 overall-migration report for a food container.
